Youth Safety and Protection
In 2019, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America released new policies for Youth Safety and Protection. Every parish under the jurisdiction of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America is expected to be compliant with these new procedures by September 1, 2019.

To be a Youth Worker at our Annunciation Parish, each worker will need to complete the following steps:
1) Complete the Registration Form for Youth Workers (Required) - A reapplication form will need to be submitted in future years.
2) Complete a Code of Conduct for Youth Workers Form (Required) - This will be expected annually.
Once signed, these forms will be submitted to our Parish Youth Safety Administrator.
3) Upon completion of both of these documents, each registered youth worker will receive an email that gives instructions about completing a Background Check and Online training.
4) Upon completing the online training, a report will be given to the Parish Youth Safety Administrator.
Each child wishing to participate in youth programs or events at our parish will need to complete the following documents:
A) Complete a the 2019-2020 Parish Waiver Form (Required)
B) Complete a Code of Conduct Form (Required)
